Lindemann Residence

Description

This mid-century modern residence was built in 1960s and is located in the hills overlooking the city of Los Angeles. The project includes an extensive interior renovation and new second floor addition. The first floor renovation modernizes the living, dining, kitchen and bar areas as well as the private quarters including four bedrooms and three baths. Each bedroom suite was opened to provide access to private outdoor garden areas. A new “floating” wood stair leads up to the second floor addition which contains the master suite, office and a gym. The stair tower brings natural light into the center of the residence. The butterfly roof gestures to the sky and allows for unobstructed views to the Pacific Ocean and Downtown Los Angeles.
